LEGAL NOTICE — SALES POLICY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By placing an order on this website, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you and [Business Name] ("Company").

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this website are final. The Company does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, except as expressly stated herein or as required by applicable law. No exceptions will be made for change of mind, duplicate orders, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase.

2. Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing a transaction on this site, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no-return, no-refund policy. This acknowledgment is a condition of sale.

3. Exceptions Required by Law

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in circumvention of this policy, without first contacting the Company in good faith, may be considered fraud and referred to the appropriate authorities. The Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to provide this policy as evidence of the Customer's prior consent.
